2024 COACHING REQUIREMENTS
All Coaches are expected to complete the following requirements and email all certifications to realriteathletics@gmail.com:

Head Football and Assistant Football Coaches must complete the following certifications:
New Football Coaches (AYF) must complete the Human Kinetics, Coaching Youth Football the AYF Way-3rd Edition
Returning Coaches (AYF) must complete the AYF Recertification: Sportsmanship, Safety and First Aid-12th Edition online
All coaches must complete NFHS Tackle Course Certifications

Head Cheer and Assistant Cheer Coaches must complete the following certifications:
New Head Coaches must complete the Coaching Youth Cheer the AYC Way- 2nd Edition certification.
Returning Head Coaches certified in 2023 in the Human Kinetics Coaching Youth Cheer the AYC Way must take the AYF/AYC Recertification: Sportsmanship, Safety and First Aid- 12th Edition online course.
The Head Coach and all Assistant Coaches of each team are required to complete one (1) of the YCADA courses that are applicable:
There shall be at least one (1) coach holding a Red Cross Card, or of similar equivalency, on each staff.
